1 Hatha Yoga

A hatha yoga practice to rejuvenate mind and body while building strength, balance and mobility.

2 Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow classes offer a physical practice exploring strength & stability, balance and body awareness.

3 Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha

Enjoy a practice to rejuvenate mind and body with gentle strengthening and balance married with a soothing floor based (chair options offered as suited) component supporting joint mobility, mental health and relaxation. Suitable for diverse bodies.

4 Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

In a world of fast-paced everything, Yin Yoga takes the time out to offer the body and mind slowness and a sense of calm, focusing on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for an extended time (1 minute+).

5 Unwind


Unwind is a floor-based stretch class encouraging relaxation, exploring flexibility and joint mobility to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system & ease you into less 'fight-or-flight' and more 'rest-and-digest'! (Chair options can be offered when appropriate for participants).
