Our compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable trainers are here to get to know you, how your body moves, how you like to learn and align this with your movement goals & needs, designing a safe and effective yet adaptable movement program just for you!

Working one-on-one with a Haven Trainer may be for you if:

 

  • You're newer to movement in a gym setting and wish to learn how to move safely and for your unique body

  • You value the accountability of having your sessions scheduled with your dedicated trainer

  • You're working towards a specific fitness goal

  • You're lifting heavy and need the support of a trained eye ​

  • You prefer personalised attention rather than a group setting 

  • ​You enjoy the warm, supportive encouragement of our trainers to hit your goals.
