A perfect complement to more yang styles of movement, Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated joints and flexible tissues, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Props can support in offering a practice accessible and restorative to all.

Yin is lovely supported by props and we highly recommend having the following props handy within reach throughout your practice: blanket and bolster (or big cushion), blocks (or books) and strap (or tie/scarf/towel).
