Hatha Flow classes offer a physical practice exploring strength & stability, balance and body awareness. A more fluid class great for explorative or confident yogis, students can enjoy the 'flow' element, linking poses with breath, exploring transitions and encouraging body awareness through practice and repetition as a moving meditation.

We encourage exploring the use of props to help the pose fit the person, rather than mould the person into the pose - and we encourage having blocks handy to explore creating length, bringing the floor closer, offering support across a range of poses and offerings.
