Nav is a warm, approachable, enthusiastic, knowlegable accredited Exercise Physiologist, keen to hear about your journey and support you towards your goals.

​

Nav loves making movement and fitness feel accessible and enjoyable to everyone! Her intention is to help her clients move in a more fluid and functional way, preventing, managing or relieving any chronic illness and chronic pain, gently educating along the way.


Nav's interest in human movement started young, as a keen team sports player throughout her life, with a love for netball and basketball. Look out for a Haven social netball club coming soon!

Kat is a lively, knowledgeable and compassionate accredited Exercise Physiologist, with a keen interest in helping create a welcoming and safe space to explore movement and work towards your goals for your exercise and wellbeing journey.

 

An evidence-based approach complements trauma-informed and collaborative care.

Pairing 20 years of dance alongside valuable experience in the mental health sector, Kat loves to work on building your relationship with the body and mind through supportive and enjoyable movement!
