Exercise Physiologist

Ellen is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer with over 7 years experience in the fitness industry.

Ellen's goal is to teach you how to nourish your body with movement while improving your long term health outcomes! Ellen has a warm and bubbly personality, and is passionate about helping her client's enjoy a rewarding relationship with exercise. She'll work with you collaboratively to create a movement plan that factors in what drives you, your health concerns, your history with gyms/trainers/movement and your relationship with exercise, providing you with the tools and skills you need to move intuitively!


Additionally Ellen's training in motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT and science-informed pain management supports her person-centred and weight-neutral approach to health management in practice.

Nav is an enthusiastic, knowlegable and recently accredited Exercise Physiologist, keen to hear about your journey and support you towards your goals.

Nav loves making movement and fitness feel accessible and enjoyable to everyone. Her intention is to help her clients move in a more fluid and functional way, preventing, managing or relieving any chronic illness and chronic pain they may experience. 

She has been a keen team sports player throughout her life, with a love for netball and basketball.
