Kailah is a Certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor who brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to strength and movement. With a background in professional puppetry and physical theatre, she has spent over a decade working in highly physical creative industries where body awareness, control, and resilience are essential. This experience gives her a unique ability to help people better understand how their bodies move and build strength with confidence.
Kailah holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness alongside her Mat Pilates certification, and continues her professional development in women’s strength training. She has a special interest in supporting women to build sustainable strength, reconnect with their core, and move with greater ease and stability in everyday life.
As a mum, Kailah also brings both personal and professional understanding to postnatal return-to-movement, supporting women through this transition with compassion, patience, and thoughtful programming.
Her sessions combine intelligent strength training, core stability, mobility, and strong technique, always with the goal of helping clients feel capable and supported in their bodies. Kailah believes movement should feel empowering and sustainable - a way to build confidence, longevity, and a sense of feeling at home in yourself.

We asked Kailah to share a fun fact:
"I’m also a professional puppeteer and puppetry director - I’ve performed in major theatre productions and work in film and television. So yes… I can make a puppet cry on cue and also teach you how to deadlift properly!"
Outside of work you'll find Kailah spending time with her daughter and family, being in nature, watching a great TV series, exploring creative projects, and playing arcade games with her hubby! She also loves meaningful conversations and connecting with people.
