Ivana is passionate about fostering inclusive and equitable spaces where people can develop compassion for their bodies. Using a trauma-informed approach, she seeks to create an environment in which people can cultivate a sense of curiosity, explore sensation, and soothe the nervous system.
Living with chronic pain has shaped Ivana’s perspectives on yoga, particularly around the importance of accessibility, self-care, and practice beyond asanas.
She has been practicing at Haven since 2020 and, after completing her 200-hour teacher training with Body Mind Heart and The Yoga Impact Charity, is now a teacher there. Attending one of Ivana’s classes? Expect relaxed vibes, plenty of options, and a great playlist.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find Ivana in her kitchen, cooking up a feast.
