Reiku's relationship with her body and yoga teaching approach has changed so much in the last decade. Reiku started her yoga journey from "the harder the pose you can get, the better" to "Rather than use your body to get into the pose, use the pose to get into your body".
In Reiku's yoga classes you're invited to build a greater communication and relationship with yourself and your body. She strongly aligns with Haven's collaborative approach - it's not about not about the teacher telling the students what to do, but encouraging them to listen to their body and choosing what works for their unique needs that day.
Reiki's offerings include gentle yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, myofascial release and breathwork.
