This class is open to those newcomers to classes or resistance training who are confident with basic movement patterns such as squats, lunges, pushup, row an plank - as well as those working on mastering technique and increasing strength. Timing is slower and steady and movements can be made more or less intense to choice with selections and varied tempos to suit a variety of needs.
