Slow Yoga

Enjoy a slow, floor-based session, perfect for easing out tension, targeting those stiff spots after day at the desk, encouraging slowing down and giving you a gentle recharge when most needed. This class may reflect elements of Yin Yoga & Gentle Hatha, coupling active stretch movements with some deeper holds targeting sticky areas.

The aim is to release stress, finding comfort in movement, and move with ease - feeling fresh, open, and ready to conquer the rest of your week! No rush, no sweat—just a little bit of time for you. Suitable for all folk and a great compliment to more yang styles of movement such as our Sweat or Strong classes.
