A grounding hatha yoga practice to rejuvenate mind and body while building strength, balance and mobility.

This class allows for the opportunity to challenge yourself physically and mentally with generous holds in poses to build strength and mindful clarity, focus and resilience, and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy!

Though a great class for regular yogis, newcomers are also welcome, encouraged to explore a gentle pace as they get to know the practice. Your teachers will offer options to accommodate diverse bodies with the use of blocks & straps invited and suggest variations of poses allowing students to explore the shape that feels best!
