The ancient ritual of Sacred Women's Circle is a beautiful and complementary practice to yoga.

Circles are a gathering of women, for women; a time dedicated for connection not only with others but also with our own bodies and the cycles of nature.

Sacred circles are a safe and nurturing space for women who desire authentic connection, who yearn to be seen and to speak from the heart, who wish to slow down and who are curious as to how the seasons reflect and inform our own natural rhythms. Through this divine reciprocity of supporting, nurturing and empowering one another, we in turn access our unique and innate wisdom, creativity, strength and love. 

Irene's circles welcome all women, cis and trans women.
