Haven Yoga Teacher

Sandy (they/them) is a queer, non-binary yoga teacher with more than 10 years  of professional teaching up their sleeve since formally studying Jivamukti Yoga in New York.

 They are known and loved for their kindness, inclusive language, practical philosophy, creative sequences and carefully curatedplaylists that accompany their yoga classes.

 

Sandy has continued their yoga education over the last decade, travelling globally to spend time with their teachers and refuelling their passion with renewed inspiration.


Along with their roots being in Jivamukti, Sandy teaches hatha, yin yoga, restorative yoga, queer + trans yoga and trauma informed
yoga.

Sas offers extensive experience in physical asana and yogic philosophy, having been teaching beginner yoga classes, Yin and Vinyasa for 8 years.

 

Sas is trained in the Jivamukti Yoga approach, central to which is kindness and compassion for all beings.

 

Compassion, access and inclusion are also at the core of Sas’ Yoga teachings. She blends dharma with fun uplifting themed classes, positive music with a splash of nerdy science.
