"I'm a down-to-earth, calm, approachable trainr who works with integrity and a nurturing, supportive and proactive manner.
At the heart of my approach is self-care and self-compassion. It is my belief that shame and punishment do not lead to sustainable motivation. I believe feeling good supports self-care which results in healthy behaviours.
I am driven to help women cultivate a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies because of my own 25-year relationship with disordered eating, body dysmorphia and poor body image."
